Filler Metals / Flux Cored Seamless MIG Wires / Fluxofil 11NI H5
Fluxofil 11NI H5
Description
|
|
THE FLUXOFIL ADVANTAGE
- SEAMLESS COPPER COATED TUBULAR CONSTRUCTION
- VERY LOW HYDROGEN H5 CLASS
- SUITABLE FOR CRITICAL WELDING APPLICATIONS
Seamless construction ensures the integrity of the wire and flux, preventing moisture penetration which in turn ensures the low hydgrogen (h5) classification is maintained and improves feeding of the wire through the drive rolls, liners and contact tips. Hydrogen is dissipated from the flux filled tube during high temperature annealing. The copper coating provides superior electrical conductivity, contact, feedability and shelf life.

Applications
|
|
Rutile based, tubular seamless flux cored wire used primarily with CO 2 shielding gas to produce porosity free weld deposits in the down hand welding position. For general purpose fillet and butt welding of mild and C-Mn steel heavy sections. High deposition rates achieved in flat and horizontal positions for increased productivity. Applications include general purpose, medium and heavy plate fabrication, including road transport chassis, crane booms and girders, etc.
