Filler Metals / Flux Cored Seamless MIG Wires / Fluxofil 20 H5
Fluxofil 20 H5
Description
|
|
THE FLUXOFIL ADVANTAGE
- SEAMLESS COPPER COATED TUBULAR CONSTRUCTION
- VERY LOW HYDROGEN H5 CLASS
SUITABLE FOR CRITICAL WELDING APPLICATIONS
Seamless construction ensures the integrity of the wire and flux, preventing moisture penetration which in turn ensures the low hydrogen H5 classification is maitained and improves feeding of the wire through the drive rolls, liners and contact tips. Hydrogen is dissipated from the filled tube during high temperature annealing. The copper coating provides superior electrical conductivity, contact, feedability & shelf life.

Applications
|
|
Rutile based, seamless flux cored wire for all positional fillet and butt welding applications using either CO 2 or Argon/18-25% CO2 shielding mixed gases. For welding C-Mn steels, fine grained structural and pipe steels. Also used in all positional welding applications requiring a higher strength weld deposit and/or good impact properties.
