REDUCED HEATING TIME UP TO 400% Miller’s Induction Heating system brings a part to temperature in a fraction of the time, compared to traditional flame and resistance heating processes. It also holds the part at thespecified temperature.
REDUCED CYCLE TIME The induction method of preheating and stress relieving provides signifi cantly quicker time-to-temperature. On thicker applications, such as high pressure steam lines, induction heating can slash two hours from cycle time.
UNIFORMITY The Pro-Heat maintains uniform heat along the heat zone by using induction heat within the material. The surface of the part is not marred by localised conducted heat at higher than specified temperatures.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: BUILT IN QUALITY CONTROL Maintain strict quality control across heating applications, by recording and setting heat application data.
SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT Welders are not exposed to open flames, explosive gases and hot elements associated with fuel gas heating and resistance heating, reducing operator fatigue and creating a much safer working environment.
EASY TO SET-UP AND USE The easy to use operator interface requires virtually no instruction, making it simple to learn and easy to use.
MAXIMISE POWER EFFICIENCY Minimising energy costs is important for any business. When it comes to Miller’s induction heating system, it is more than80% efficient, and requires only a 40 Amp line for 25kW of power.
MULTIPLE OUTPUTS The Pro-Heat offers two insulated connectors for air-cooled blankets or liquid-cooled cables.
