POWER! PERFORMANCE! PORTABILITY!
ONLY 8.4kg
The Genesis 35 is a truly portable machine, operating of single phase 240 volt. Lightweight and compact, its now easy to have a plasma machine on hand in workshops or on-site, with much greater ease of use compared to other cutting alternatives.
HIGH PRECISION CUTS
The Genesis is all about performance. The micro-processor provides accurate control over the amperage range, delivering precise, high quality cuts on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and perforated steel.
PURE POWER
Delivering 35 amps at 40% duty cycle, the Genesis 35 has the grunt factor to cut up to 8mm precisely and up to 12mm severance on carbon steel.
DESIGNED FOR USER COMFORT
The Genesis 35 is designed with user comfort in mind. Being compact and lightweight makes it easy on the back. Plus, the ergonomic handle makes it easier to carry between jobs. A 6 metre, easy to handle torch makes the job easier when cutting for long periods of time.
HIGH TOUGHNESS FACTOR
State-of-the art Inverter technology has enabled a design to be created that provides maximum protection for the control panel and promotes visibility of all controls for the operator. The rounded front design protects against damage.
PBT ANTI-SHOCK
PBT plastic fibre has been selected for manufacture of the front panels. It has been chosen due to its high mechanical resistance (shock-proof) and resistance to high temperatures and flames.
BUILT-IN SAFETY
If the machine is used beyond its nominal parameters, a thermal protection mechanism cuts in to safeguard internal components against malfunctioning.
The machine is also fitted with safety systems, including a gas alarm and torch alarm, to control the correct compressed air pressure and assembly of the torch used by the operator.
The technology for arc striking in lift mode with a pilot arc circuit allows striking in the air, ensuring superb recognition with electromagnetic interference (no high frequency).
EXTREME QUALITY TESTING Selco machines are manufactured using high quality material components. Every Selco machine is tested to the extreme to ensure peak performance is delivered under the toughest conditions. Stringent testing procedures check functionality in critical conditions, resistance to high mechanical stress and compliance with electro-magnetic compliance regulations.
